How to Manage Account Settings as an Employee (Password Change and Reset)

Manage Account Settings as an Employee using the following steps

1. To access Account Settings, click on the Employee Name on the top right corner of the Employee Dashboard

2. You will only be able to change your password via Account Settings. (To change your email, kindly contact the system administrator)

3. To change your password, click on “Change Password”

4. You will be navigated to the Change Password page

5. Kindly input the following details:

  • Your Current Password
  • New Password that meets security criteria displayed
  • Confirm New Password

6. Click on “Change Password” to finish.

7. If you have forgotten your current password, you will be able to reset it on the same page using the “Click here to reset it” link.
