How to Complete Personal Profile

Complete Personal Profile using the following steps

1. Click on Personal Profile on the sidebar of the Employee Dashboard

2. Select Personal Details and input the following information:

  • Profile Photo using recommended size displayed
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Click Save

3. Select Contact Details and input the following information:

  • Phone Number
  • Secondary Number
  • Address
  • Emergency Contact Email
  • Emergency Contact Phone Number
  • Click Save

4. Select Documents to see a list of documents that you are required to provide.

5. Click on “Upload” to add a document. You will receive a Success Message once done.

6. You will be able to “View” or “Remove” after upload.

7. Select Payment & Compensation and input the following information:

  • Account Number
  • Account Name
  • Bank Name
  • Address
  • Bank Country
  • Account Currency
  • Routing Code
  • Swift Code
  • National ID or IBAN
  • Click Save

8. Your Compensation (Annual Pay, Number of Leave Days, Benefits, Employee Kit) will be displayed as seen above

9. Select Job Details to view the following information:

  • Job Title
  • Department
  • Manager
  • Country
  • State
  • Work Location
  • Start Date
